Cancelled Trips

It is very important that you call as soon as possible, and no later than one (1) hour before the trip if you find it necessary to cancel. This will prevent a vehicle from being assigned to pick you up. Trips cancelled with less than one (1) hour’s notice will be considered a No Show (see No Show section).

LeeTran Passport service reserves the right to deny service for a reasonable length of time to riders who show a pattern or practice of excessive or consistent cancellations. For additional information, please contact the Passport Office.
