No Shows

A No Show is defined as:

  • Failure to cancel a trip within sixty (60) minutes of the scheduled pick-up time
  • A vehicle arrives within the prescribed pick-up time and the passenger does not go, or fails to respond within five (5) minutes of the vehicle’s arrival time.

Passengers with more than three (3) No Shows in a thirty (30) day period, or six (6) No Shows within a sixty (60) day period are considered to be in misuse of the service. LeeTran Passport Service reserves the right to deny service for a reasonable length of time to riders who show a pattern or practice of "No Shows." These riders will be notified in writing. If this misuse of service continues, loss of transportation privileges may be imposed.

For additional information regarding the No Show policy, including suspension and the appeals process, please contact the Passport Office.
